Job description : * Management of the fixed assets life cycle: monitoring of acquisitions including defining assets during purchasing process, commissioning, modernization of equipment, transfers, cessions, scrapping. * Ensure the traceability of assets and the link with the bill of equipment * Complete the files to prepare for the accounting commissioning (distribution of orders by equipment, control of ongoing asset accounts and invoices) * Manage the inventory of assets in connection with the statutory auditors * Management of amortizations & depreciations: setting and control of amortization plans, calculation of depreciation. * Creation or updating of procedures related to accounting assets * Provide financial analysis for decision making (investments, renewals, payback) * Reporting: production of dashboards, analysis of Budget/Actual/Reforecast discrepancies. * Coordination with the projects to pilot the advancements * Identify opportunities[...]
